Case presentation A healthy 39-year-old male reported to the dermatology department of the hospital with a week-old history of penile dermatosis (cover image) and a teleconsultation with a urologist two days ago. It was provisionally diagnosed as balanoposthitis. The patient had a history of taking one oral dose of fluconazole 150 mg and topical application of tacrolimus 0.1% ointment twice daily.
