It is estimated that infertility affects one in seven couples at some stage in their reproductive life. Pregnancies that occur after infertility treatment, particularly after assisted reproduction, constitute high-risk pregnancies. These guidelines summarise the concerns regarding outcomes of pregnancy, delivery and early childhood associated with being conceived by IVF and related procedures.
