Case Presentation A 52-year-old woman reported to the Department of Oral Medicine and Radiology with complaints of multiple painful ulcers in her mouth persisting for 15 days. Initially, the ulcers were smaller and less painful, but they gradually enlarged and became more severe. She also revealed a two-month history of recurrent oral ulcerations. The patient experienced intense discomfort, with difficulty in eating, drinking, and even speaking due to the pain, accompanied by excessive salivation. She had self-medicated for four days without any relief and denied any systemic illness or deleterious oral habits.

General Examination ย No abnormalities were detected. The patient was conscious and well-oriented to time, place, and person. Extraoral Findings Facial symmetry was maintained. Lymph Node Examination Bilateral submandibular lymph nodes were palpable (approximately 1.5 ร— 1.5 cm),โ€ฆ
