Case presentation A 5-year-old girl presented with a reddish mass in her right eye for the past two months. Her parents described a history of redness and itching in both her eyes for the last six months. There was no history of ocular trauma or previous surgery.
She was taking 0.1% fluorometholone and 0.1% olopatadine eye drops at the time of presentation.
