In India or even UK or USA, Private hospitals are back bone of providing free cashless medical service to beneficiaries of many Government schemes as CGHS, ECHS,ESI, Ayushman Bharat and many cashless TPAs of many Insurance Companies at very concessional rate fixed in 2014 which is very low as with such amount Doctors are very less paid and hospitals can't be run. One of their national association has threatened close these services if their due bills not paid soon and rate is revised.
