A 43-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of bilateral buttock pain and a history of 3 months recurrent left shoulder pain. The pain gradually increased, and the patient complained of pain on sitting. The patient subsequently noticed a painful swelling in the left and right buttock. The patient had no relevant medical history of systemic illness or major trauma to the buttock. Physical examination revealed swelling and tenderness of both ischial tuberosities. Neurologic examinations were normal.

Left shoulder showed full range of motion but positive impingement tests. Radio imaging was performed. Image source: JOCR What is the most likely diagnosis? What treatment would you suggest? *This case is from Docplexus Editorial Team for educative purpose only.
