Case presentation A 39-year-old male first presented for consultation (October 2016) at the department of psychiatry with a history of abrupt behavioral change. He presented situations such as slowing of speech and responsivity, impaired occupational functioning, mild dysarthria, dysnomic manifestations, emotional liability, frequent and brief episodes of sadness followed by irritability with verbal outbursts, and transient episodes of disorientation and perplexity.
