Empathizing nursing staff effective in patient satisfaction in pain management, as per a nursing researchers group in the US. The study found that higher numbers of nursing staff were one of the significant factors associated with patients being less likely to report their pain was poorly controlled. The findings further highlight the need for adequate numbers of nursing staff.
