A 42-year old policeman reported to the clinic with red-eye after he was hit in the eye with an elbow by a drug dealer during a sting operation. He complained of blurry vision along with tenderness in eye, brows and cheekbones. He had no past ocular history or family history of ocular symptoms. He, however, had a medical history of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, hypertension and sickle cell trait. He was a social drinker but denied taking any illicit drugs or cigarettes. He was on the following drugs: Metformin, Glipizide, Aspirin 81mg and Hydrochlorothiazide.
Ocular Examination: Visual Acuity (cc):OS: 20/40, OD: 20/20 IOP (tonoapplantation): OS: 23 mmHg, OD: 15 mmHg Pupils showed normal pupil reaction in right eye and sluggish Left pupil.
