A 60-year-old man presented with sudden onset of hallucinations. He was a widower with a history of hypertension who was on amlodipine 5 mg and losartan 50 mg. He had refrained from drinking for the last ten years and denied taking any illegal drugs. A few days ago, he was given trazodone 100 mg for his insomnia.
