Case presentation A 5-year-old girl presented with a reddish mass in her right eye for the past two months . Her parents described a history of redness and itching in both her eyes for the last six months. There was no history of ocular trauma or previous surgery. She was taking 0.1% fluorometholone and 0.1% olopatadine eye drops at the time of presentation.
Ocular examination Best-corrected visual acuity – 20/20, N6 in both the eyes Mild tarsal conjunctival papillary hypertrophy with extensive limbal conjunctival hypertrophy in both eyes (Cover image A) The right eye showed a solitary nasal limbal growth, which: Measured 4 x 4 x 2 mm Was sessile, slightly mobile over the underlying episclera, and erythematous with fine vessels and a whitish membrane (Cover image B, yellow arrow).
