Case presentation A 44-year-old female patient presented with complaints of vision loss in both eyes for four years that was sub-acute at the onset, worsened gradually over a year, and subsequently stabilized with partial loss. History Medical history: Bronchial asthma and hypothyroidism.

The patient has been undergoing treatment for both.
