Is it feasible or desirable to bring in absolute transparency and control over the medical field? So many grey areas! Empirical management when the diagnosis is still not clear! It is never like a Mathematical theorem or Economics formula! Hidden symptoms, subconscious factors, unconfirmed lab reports, varying physiological responses and element of faith may change the real picture. Fake or ineffective medicines and other innumerable agents used in the medical profession are not in our hands!
