A 52-year-old lady had severe cough for 3-4 days with no fever or chills, no chest pain (CP) or shortness of breath (SOB), and no PMH. Her husband recently had a newly converted positive PPD and was treated with anti-TB drugs, his chest X-ray (CXR) was negative. She used to be a moderate smoker but quit it 10 years back. She recently travelled to Arizona, USA 2 months ago. In the CXR, an ill-defined 2.5 to 3 cm nodular density overlies the left upper chest laterally.

This may represent an infiltrate, but lung lesion/neoplasm is not excluded and further evaluation by CT (with lung window) is done.(Image attached). There is hyperinflation of the lungs with mild prominence of the perihilar markings, consistent with COPD. Patient asked  if it is cancer? Is a bronchoscopy possible as the lesion seemed too peripheral to be accessed? What will be the next line of treatment or surgery?
