Case presentation A 10-year-old boy was presented to a hospital with complaints of headache, loss of balance, vomiting, and double vision. The MRI of the boy showed a non-metastatic large tumor in the left cerebellar region, measuring around 5.6 x 4.8 x 4.8 cm, extending to the margin of the fourth ventricle.
