A cardiorenal syndrome is the deterioration of renal function accelerated by worsening of heart failure. Although it is a frequent clinical entity due to the improved survival of heart failure patients, its pathophysiology is still not well understood. Thus a therapeutic approach for its management is important. This article outlines some therapeutic options for management of cardiorenal syndrome .
