Patient case history A 65-year-old man is referred to you by his primary doctor. His medical reports display a history of hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and coronary artery disease, with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of the mid-right coronary artery five months ago. In addition, the man reported intermittent exertional dyspnoea for the past week. He has lost follow-up with his prior cardiologist. Before his stent placement, he was a bike enthusiast with brilliant workout stamina but has lately lost curiosity in these activities.

Prior to his PCI, he had similar dyspnoeic symptoms.
