A 32-year-old woman presented with a maculopapular rash that had started developing at her extremities and had spread to her thighs, chest, and face. She had a history of bipolar disorder and schizophrenia . The patient complained of itchy rashes and frequent chills. She had been advised to take clozapine 10 days ago.
