A 55-year-old male who had undergone kidney transplantation 8 months prior was presented at the hospital with gradually worsening cough, expectoration, and fever for a couple of weeks. He was of poor orodental hygiene with multiple carious teeth. Medications For induction, the patient had received antithymocyte globulin at 15 mg/kg for 5 days. He was on immunosuppressive therapy with tacrolimus, mycophenolic acid mycophenolate mofetil, and prednisone.
Imaging His chest X-ray and CECT chest were done (Images attached) Laboratory investigations Other laboratory investigations were normal except for a mild neutrophilic leukocytosis.
