Case presentation A 62-year-old woman presented in the OPD with chief complaints of worsening pain and stiffness in her left shoulder. She said it started when her Labrador dog pulled suddenly on the leash a few months ago, but she is unsure. Medical history: She had breast cancer four years ago and stiffness in her right shoulder after her mastectomy. She still has a little lymphoedema in that arm. Moreover, she has a history of type 2 diabetes. Physical examination She has a normal range of neck movements.

On examination of her axilla and chest wall, she has a mastectomy scar; no other abnormalities are found. Her shoulder is not swollen, and there is no muscle wasting.
