A 46 years old male walked into the casualty wing of a highly equipped hospital at around 11.15 pm with the chief complaints of multiple red patches all over the skin since last four days and a small amount of bleeding from the oral cavity since last two days. There was no history of any generalized bleeding in the past. The patient was known hypertensive and was on Amlodipine (5mg) and hydrochlorothiazides (25mg). The patient was also taking Aspirin and Clopidogrel (75mg each). The performance status of the patient was within normal limit. On examination the patient was afebrile, Pulse 106/min and BP 140/80.
