A 28-year-old female presented with the complaints of dyspnea following exertion for the past three years. On examination, the presence of systolic murmur over the 2nd intercostal space, radiating to the ipsilateral axilla was observed. Transesophageal Echocardiography (TTE) showed enlarged right atrium and ventricle, left atrium, as well as a ball in the right atrium. The images are attached for reference.
