A 50-year-old woman presented with a complaint of a painless and slow-growing nodular swelling on the back of her right thigh for six months. Physical examination revealed a solitary, non-tender nodule 6 × 5 cm in size. No abnormal findings on hematological and biochemical tests were noted. Fine needle aspiration cytology exhibited: A dual population of cells arranged in clusters or lying singly; comprising of small round cells with clear cytoplasm and polygonal cells with basophilic cytoplasm.
