A 48-year-old pregnant woman approached the OBGYN clinic. The woman, gravida 6 para 3, was at 11 weeks gestation and suspected for a molar pregnancy. Case Presentation At presentation, the patient complained of a 3-day history of headache, right-sided abdominal pain, epistaxis, vaginal bleeding, nausea and vomiting. She was noted to be anxious and mildly diaphoretic.
