The objective of this post is to share how the process of selection is influenced in this country. A glaring example is the recent appointment of Director at PGI where reconstituted committee for selection was headed by Prime Minister. I congratulate him for this wise step. Earlier constituted selection committee kept this doctor at number3 despite being senior to all with high merits.
