A 37-year-old woman presented with pain and palpable masses in her breasts. She had undergone bilateral breast augmentation with autologous fat from hip liposuction a month ago. Two weeks later, she complained of severe pain. Mammography of both the breasts (Figure A), sonography of both the right breast (Figure B) & the left breast (Figure C) and fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the right breast (Figure D) and left breast (Figure E) was performed.

Based on the mammography, sonography, and biopsy reports, what can be the diagnosis? What precaution during breast augmentation would have prevented this condition? *This case is from the Editorial team of Docplexus and is meant for educative purposes only. The answers will be posted soon!
