Synopsis The study is a phase 4 trial aiming to compare the safety and efficacy of bromfenac and dexamethasone in treating patients with anterior chamber inflammation post-cataract surgery. The patients were randomized into two groups and administered respective drugs in the form of ophthalmic solutions. Following this, they were assessed for several outcomes, such as best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), macular thickness, and ocular comfort grading. Both drugs were found to be equally efficacious.
