A 30-year-old male visited the emergency department with complaints of swelling of his left ear for the last two weeks. He had been experiencing similar episodes for the past two years. He also reported a six-month history of weight loss, fatigue, and generalized aches.
Medication history: Antibiotics (unspecified) for his recurrent episodes. Physical examination: Swollen and tender left ear, costochondral joints, and left knee.
