A 5-month-old male child was presented with respiratory distress and placed on mechanical ventilation. A large persistent ductus arteriosus (PDA) and juxta ductal coarctation of the aorta (CoA) were identified in echocardiography. In addition, left bronchus compression was observed in chest roentgenography and fiberoptic bronchoscopy. However, no intracardiac anomalies were observed in investigations. CT scan images have been provided.
