A 55-year-old male patient presented with a history of intermittent visual symptoms such as diplopia and blurred vision since the last 2-3 months with each episode lasting over 30 minutes. There was no prior history of such symptoms. He mentioned that he owns a business in refrigerator repairs. Past history: Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and exercise-induced asthma. No smoking and occasional alcohol consumption. He was on Lisinopril and hydrochlorothiazide, celecoxib, lovastatin, and zolpidem. Family history: Father- H/O heart disease, cerebral and optic nerve tumors, and permanent visual disturbance post excision.
