Synopsis: Perinatal mortality and morbidity are mainly due to preterm delivery. Bacterial Vaginosis is caused by excessive growth of anaerobes thereby decrease the growth of Lactobacillus which leads to an imbalance in the vaginal microbiota. Aim of this study is to evaluate whether early clindamycin treatment will help in the reduction of late miscarriages and preterm birth.
