Synopsis Migraine is the most common and debilitating brain disorder characterized by painful and throbbing headaches with or without aura for almost 15 days per month. Most patients with chronic migraines have been reported to overuse medications like analgesics, opioids, triptans, or ergot derivatives on at least ten days per month. Fremanezumab is a fully-humanized monoclonal antibody. The drug selectively targets calcitonin gene-related peptide.
