Synopsis: Vaginal laxity, commonly named as vaginal loosening is an emerging concern among young women, particularly, of child-bearing age, those who have had vaginal deliveries, and women of post-partum age. Lack of both clinical knowledge and evidence-based treatment makes it difficult to overcome the condition. Radiofrequency devices that emit focused electromagnetic waves generate heat upon meeting tissue impedance, non-ablative RF has only recently been explored as a non-invasive strategy to achieve tightening of the vaginal canal.
