A female patient is 79 years old and has 5 children and 11 grandchildren. She had tripped over a wet floor 4 years ago and fractured her right thigh bone and she is almost bedridden ever since. She has lost control of her urinary bladder and wets her clothes most of the days. She has good eyesight and hearing, but she has lapses and gaps in her memory. She can still recognize her children and grandchildren, she tries to talk to them, but often it is incomprehensible.
Every weekend and on holidays one or the other of her grandchildren visit her, cheers her up with their talks and tricks.
