R-CHOP (Rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) is the standard first-line chemotherapy for patients with high-risk large B-cell lymphoma (HR LBCL), but it achieves a cure in less than half of cases. As a result, more effective treatment strategies are urgently needed. To explore potential improvements, a phase II clinical trial evaluated whether adding the CD20xCD3 bispecific antibody glofitamab to R-CHOP or Pola-R-CHP (Polatuzumab vedotin, rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, and prednisone) could enhance outcomes in patients with HR LBCL.
