A 56-year-old male presented with sudden epigastric pain radiating to his back. Upon examination in the emergency room, his blood pressure was found to be 167/91 mmHg, his lipase was elevated at 1258U/L and he was seen to be suffering from acute pancreatitis (AP). He was otherwise healthy with no past history of gallstones, alcohol consumption, and had a normal triglyceride level. Two days later, his epigastric pain worsened and he complained of suprapubic tenderness.

CT angiography was done to diagnose the condition (image; yellow arrows indicate iliac arteries). Can you identify his condition from the CT angiography? *This case is from the Editorial team of Docplexus Editorial and is meant for educative purposes only.
