An old case (for further details click here ) of patient with LAMA FROM ICU, pneumonia treated with all efforts but dyspnoea not responding. TLC 16000,  TO 14000 to 12000, 8000 mm 3 , but dyspnoea not responded. No diabetes detected. In further inquiring he turn out to be an alcoholic, and traveled more than 500 kms. We thought of alcoholic neuropathy and started IM vit B1 ,B12 , D and Testosterone IM and 90 ml wine daily and the patient responded on fourth day.

It  was his restlessness for alcohol, which I understood as dyspnoea. There is a entity pulmonary neuropathy, which occurs in pt of CA Lung, in which phranic nerves get involved and Diaphragmatic movement are diminished. This patient has Flourosis too. So his intercostal nerves and muscles must be weak and involved in neuropathy. What would you suggest for this case?
