Diabetic amyotrophy is a rare disorder in the diabetic neuropathy spectrum. Diagnosis of this syndrome is challenging due to similarity in presentation to other diagnoses. Also, as definitive tests are unavailable, the diagnosis is required to be made based on characteristic features in a diabetic patient. 1 Drug-induced neuropathy is a common condition caused by many frequently prescribed medications. 2 Optic neuropathy may occur as the result of an adverse drug reaction. 3 Ethambutol, the first-line medication for tuberculosis can induce optic neuropathy. 4 In this session of Neuropathy Awareness Week 2021, Dr.
