In modern times, we  mostly want to work day and night to achieve more and more in respect of power, economy, position, name, and fame but such rat race has resulted into insomnia, sleep deprivation, disturbed sleep, etc, and unfortunately, sleep deprivation is the culprit behind a host of potentially fatal diseases.
