Synopsis Drugs used in Myasthenia Gravis (MG) have limitations for use due to symptomatic effect which could induce remission, adverse effects, delayed therapeutic outcomes, or lack of safety and efficacy data. Thus, an immunosuppressive agent with a quick onset and less serious side effects is needed for treating MG, especially for those Osserman grade III & IV MG. The present study evaluates the efficacy and safety of tacrolimus in Osserman grade III and IV MG patients.
