A 60 years old man with diagnosed hypertension has normal blood pressure with amlodipine 10 mg and telmisartan 40 mg a day was prescribed tamsulosin 0.4 mg on an alternate day as the medical treatment for BPH. Is this treatment, correct?

Is there any need to modify the dose of antihypertensive medications or any other precaution to be taken?
