Tdap vaccine administration has been recommended during pregnancy, preferably between 27 and 36 weeks of gestation. What would be advice of Tetanus toxoid administration during pregnancy, in Indian context? Should we follow the old regime with additional administration of Tdap vaccine?

Or replace the second dose of tetanus toxoid/ booster dose (as applicable) with Tdap vaccine? Kindly suggest
