A 35-year-old male presented with c/o inability to blink & watering from the right eye from last one year. Neuro physicians diagnosed it as idiopathic bell's palsy with all investigations normal including MRI, MRA of the brain including facial nerve trace full course. Only abnormality was prolonged blink reflex R1 & R2 on NCS.
The patient is unable to close eyes and has the problem with constant watering from right eye. He has already treated with steroids as well acivir with electric therapy with no benefit at all What can be the treatment to get freedom from his symptopms?
