Synopsis The incidence of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) has substantially increased worldwide. Uterine artery chemoembolization combined with curettage was found to be an effective fertility-sparing treatment model for cesarean scar pregnancy. The present study aims to evaluate the efficacy and long-term prognosis of uterine artery chemoembolization (UACE) combined with curettage for treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP).
