Case presentation A 71-year-old male complained of jaundice for two weeks. He had acholia, choluria, pruritus, and a mild rash on the limbs and torso. History Lack of known allergies, lack of relevant family history, and no exposure to alcohol, tobacco, or any illicit drugs.

Medication: Patient had completed amoxicillin/clavulanate course(875/125 mg twice a day for 14 days) for respiratory infection, two days before the onset of symptoms.
