An 81-year-old man was presented to the ED after he experienced a fall. The patient reportedly had a medical history of atrial fibrillation and hypertension. Physical Examination Physical examination revealed: The presence of blue and gray pigmentation, also known as ceruloderma, along with discoloration around his cheeks, nose, and forehead. The deep skin folds of the patient were free from these pigmentations.

The patient experienced no injuries due to the fall. He reported the skin discoloration to be long-standing.
