It is a usual habit of many Doctors who practice clinically but specialised in the non-clinical subject as in pharma, micro, anatomy, physio, biochemistry write MD or MS only. They do not write their speciality so that common persons who consult them understand that they are not MBBS but specialist as MD or MS, so trust them more and develop better practice than MBBS degree holder, many have to one year junior residency in clinical subject after graduation but as they don't get chance of reading in clinical subject, they choose PG in non clinical subject. Such hiding of speciality has raised many legal questions many times as it is a simple cheating of patients.
