A man (age undisclosed), Mr. A suffering from urological problems visited Dr. X . The patient was thereafter referred by the urologist to a private clinic for a pathological examination in fear of a cancerous growth on the prostate gland . The pathologist, Dr. Y analyzed the tissue samples and identified the patient’s prostate gland to be cancerous . Subsequently, the urologist Dr. X advised surgical removal of the prostate gland of the patient.
After a few days, Dr. X performed a prostatectomy on Mr. A. However, a pathological examination post-prostatectomy did not reveal any evidence of cancer.
