A 3-year-old boy was presented to the ENT due to his inability to close his right eye. His mouth also deviated to the left side when he was crying for the last two days. Medical history included severe pain in the right ear five days prior to the presentation; it improved after antibiotic therapy. The patient was diagnosed with right acute suppurative otitis media which was further complicated by right lower motor neuron facial paralysis.
