The patient, 19 years old female, presented with a fungating growth of the left breast. The patient had noticed a peanut size small swelling in the left breast nearly two years back which was slowly growing but in the last six months, it had rapidly grown in size. She was under the treatment of a local doctor. No paper was available with the patient. On inspection, the huge bosselated growth with loss of skin at places was found. The nipple could not be localized. On palpation, the swelling was fully mobile with no evidence of any fixation with the pectoral muscle.

The lump was firm in feel. The left axilla was free. The right breast and the right axilla were within normal limit. There was no positive finding in the abdomen or the chest.
